It is manufactured using a technology with full integration of the constituent components, which ensures the maximum manifestation of its emulsifying properties during the production of the respective product.
Description:
A white powdery mass almost odorless, representing mono and diglycerides of vegetable fatty acids, intended for use in the production of a wide range of food products.
Composition: Well 471- mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin. Content of monoglycerides - min. 60%.
Dosage: from 0.2% to 0.5 % to the weight of the finished product.
It can be used as an adjunct to other combined emulsifiers/stabilizers and especially in low oil blends. Provides excellent structure and storage stability. It is completely soluble at a temperature of approx 68 S.
Storage: In dry and cool rooms, without direct sunlight, At temperature 5-20 S.
Expiry date on unopened packaging: 12 months from the date of production.
The product is manufactured in accordance with good manufacturing practices and is suitable for use in food products.
