Composition: orange oil, obtained by pressing the peels of oranges ripened on the hills of Sicily and combined with orange oils from Argentina. Does not contain alcohol.
Application: in a wide range of products and especially those with a high oil content such as creams, ice cream, cookies, fillings, etc.
Recommended spending rate: 1-2 g/kg finished product.
