This oil gives the product the taste and aroma of freshly squeezed lemons combined with the bitterness of lemon peels. The fragrance is oil-based and has very good heat resistance.
Composition: natural oils and extracts with lemon aromas dominated by the oil extracted from the skins of Argentine and Italian lemons. Does not contain alcohol.
Application: in a wide range of products and especially in those with a high fat content such as ice cream, creams, cookies, fillings, etc.
Recommended spending rate: 1-2 g/kg finished product.
