To get the most out of the aroma and characteristic flavor bouquet, we recommend a hot soak beforehand.
This vanilla is excellent for dairy products, ice cream, creams and chocolate preparations.
Dosage : 2 no. pods/l for milk or sour-milk preparations; 1 pcs/l for chocolate blanks and 2.5 pc/l for ice cream and creams. OR AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CHIEF!
