"Petit Beure S49A" flavoring is the popular flavor of butter biscuits (its name translated from French literally means "little butter"). The fragrance can be characterized as a balanced bouquet of oil aromas, vanilla, caramel and cheese. Very good resistance as in tall, even at low temperatures. Liquid, water soluble.
Composition: a combination of nature-identical aromatic substances.
Application: as in the manufacture of biscuits, and for pasta, pies (incl. and frozen), fillings for baklava and others.
Recommended spending rate: 1-2 g/kg finished product.
