Imitating flavor of brined sheep's cheese. In larger dosages, it gives the product, in which "PARMESAN" cheese flavor is added. The fragrance is liquid, water soluble and with very good heat resistance.
Composition: a combination of nature-identical aromatic substances, imparting aroma, close to the authentic white brine cheese.
Application: in various salty products and fillings, including baked goods.
Recommended spending rate: 1-2 g/kg finished product
