TL 4
COMPACT extrusion tunnel to produce products on sticks and cones.  Production capacity: 2.500/4.000 pieces/hour.
The tunnel is supplied pre-assembled and supplied with an insulated box, internal mechanics, evaporator, compressor and electrical panel, external work table, pick-up pincers and top-seal wrapper machine.
The new extrusion line offered by TEKNOICE for small or medium-sized productions, with minimum investment and reduced overall footprint in the factory. The line is supplied already assembled, therefore, installation only requires a few days.

TL 6
Extrusion line for sticks, cones, sandwiches, mini portions, twister and Viennetta on a stick, ice cream slices and other products, with capacity from 4,000 to 6,500 pieces/hour.

The tunnel is supplied with an insulated box, internal mechanics, evaporator, compressor and electrical panel, external work table, pick-up pincers and top-seal wrapper machine. Available with Freon and Ammonia cooling unit.

Extrusion line for sticks, cones, sandwiches, mini portions, twister and Viennetta on a stick, ice cream slices and other products, with capacity from 6,000 to 9,000 pieces/hour.
The tunnel is supplied with an insulated box, internal mechanics, evaporator, compressor and electrical panel, external work table, pick-up pincers and top-seal wrapper machine. Available with Freon and Ammonia cooling unit.
